(“Competition”)
The Competition is organised by Warner Bros Entertainment UK Ltd (“Warner Bros”). Please note that Facebook is not a sponsor of and has no responsibility for the administration of the Competition.
Entry into the Competition assumes the acceptance of the terms and conditions below and agreement to be bound by the decisions of Warner Bros. In addition, by accessing and entering the Competition through the website http://www.facebook.com/inceptionmovieuk (“Website”) you agree to comply with the Facebook Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
The following Warner Bros. terms and conditions will apply to the Competition:
How to Enter the Competition
Participants may only enter the Competition by completing the following steps:
Logging on to Facebook and entering their Facebook Account username and password;
“Liking” the Inception Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/inceptionmovieuk by pressing the “Like” button;
Following the cryptic clues updated on Facebook;
Deciphering the cryptic clues and finding “The Extractor” in the correct location in Brighton, Sheffield, Manchester, Liverpool, Bristol, Birmingham or London; and
Being the first participant to approach “The Extractor” and state the code sentence “my mind is the scene of the crime”.
(“Entry”).
The first person in each of Brighton, Sheffield, Manchester, Liverpool, Bristol, Birmingham or London to locate “The Extractor” (“Winner”) will win one (1) pair of tickets to the World premiere of Inception in London on 08/07/10 (“Premiere”).
There will be a maximum of two (2) winners per day for the duration of the Competition.
Each Game Day will take place from 10.30am GMT until 4:00pm GMT.
The Game Day will end at 4.00pm GMT or when both pairs of premiere tickets have been claimed.
The start and end of the Game Day will be announced on the Facebook page www.facebook.com/inceptionmovieuk
The first clue each day will be posted on the Orange Wednesdays Film Club Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/orangefilmclub . All other clues will be posted on the Inception Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/inceptionmovieuk
The Competition Prize:
One (1) pair of tickets to the Premiere;
One (1) night’s accommodation in a 3 star hotel in London of Warner Bros’ choosing for two (2) people sharing one (1) room; and
Return travel for two (2) people to London from the Winner’s place of residence.
Mode of travel at Winner’s discretion subject to a maximum travel cost of £200. Warner Bros. shall not be liable for any additional expenses.
No cash or credit alternative is available and the prize is not transferable. Eligibility for the prize may be subject to signing Warner Bros. Prize Acceptance Form (available on request)
The Competition will take place from 11:00am GMT on 01/07/10 until 4:00pm GMT on 08/07/10.
Entry Requirements
The Competition is only open to UK residents who are aged 16 or older. The prize winner must be legally entitled to accept the prize and if under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Notifying the Winner
The Winner will be informed via the messaging system on the Website by sending a message to the username provided to log on or register to the Website. The Winner will be informed about their prize following the Competition. The Winners will be required to respond to confirm acceptance of their prizes by 12 noon on the day after they participated in the Competition (“Confirmatory Message”). The Winner must provide their full name, telephone number and mailing address in the Confirmatory Message. Warner Bros. will inform the winner of any arrangements for the collection/delivery of the Premiere tickets.
If the Winner does not confirm acceptance of his/her prize by 12 noon on the day after they participated in the Competition, he/she will automatically forgo their right to claim the prize. For the two (2) Winners of the London leg of the promotion, each Winner must have accepted their prize by 4:00p.m GMT on 08/07/10.
In order to administer the competition, Warner Bros. may make use of advertising and promotional agencies (“Warner Bros. Agents”).
Ineligible or fraudulent Entries are void. The Winner will be deemed to have authorised Warner Bros. and Warner Bros. Agents to check the completeness and accuracy of the information they supply for purposes of participation. A winner who has supplied incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent information will be automatically disqualified. Any Submission or Entry that uses offensive or inappropriate language will automatically be disqualified.
Warner Bros. and/or Warner Bros. Agents are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected Entries, for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, for lost or unavailable network connections, or for failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions or any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the Entries.
Proof of entering information on the Website does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt of such information. Warner Bros. is not responsible for the failure of any email or Entry to be received by Warner Bros. on account of technical problems or congestion on the internet or at any web site.
Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter the Competition is prohibited and may result in the disqualification of the participant.
The Competition is not open to employees or contractors of Warner Bros., the Warner Bros. Entertainment group of companies or Facebook, including each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the Competition or their direct family members.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered on the date the Entry is submitted. All entries become property of Warner Bros. and will not be returned.
The Winner and any other person sharing the prize with the Winner may be required to sign a Prize Acceptance Form (available on request) before the prize is awarded.
The Winner and any other person sharing the prize with the prize winner may be invited and agree to take part in post-Prize Draw publicity as may be requested by Warner Bros.
Use of Personal Information
In order to claim their prize, Winners will be required to supply certain information about themselves. Warner Bros. has specified which information is mandatory in order to participate in the Competition. This information will be used by Warner Bros. for the purposes of administering the Competition.

Competition
Warner Bros.’ decision concerning the determination of the Winner and all matters relating to the Competition will be final and binding.
For the name of the Winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Inception Briefcase Hunt Competition, Theatrical Marketing Manager, Warner Bros. Entertainment UK Limited, Warner House, 98 Theobald’s Road, London WC1X 8WB, within one month of the Competition closing date.
Warner Bros. and Warner Bros. Agents do not accept any responsibility for any occurrences resulting from the participants’ connection to the internet via the Website and/or resulting from participation in the Competition. In particular, Warner Bros. does not accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused in any way to participants, their computer equipment and/or to data which is stored on any such equipment, or to their personal, professional or commercial activities.
If, for any reason, the Competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Warner Bros. that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of Competition, Warner Bros. reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Competition and to select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation or termination of the competition.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Warner Bros. reserves the right to substitute any or all parts of the Competition. In this event, such a change will be publicised on the Website and any necessary amendments to these conditions will be made.
Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage the Website or to undermine the legitimate operations of the Competition may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should any such attempt be made, Warner Bros. reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Warner Bros. reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the Competition without specifying the reasons for its decision and without incurring liability as a result.
Warner Bros. does not exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of Warner Bros.’ negligence in respect of the participants’ use of the www.warnerbros.co.uk or the Website.
If applicable law does not allow all or any part of the above limitation of liability to apply to you, the limitations will apply to you only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Participants’ use of Website and the Warner Bros. website at www.warnerbros.co.uk is subject to the Warner Bros Terms of Use http://www.warnerbros.co.uk/main/privacy/terms.html.
The Competition is governed by the laws of England.
Entry into the Competition assumes acceptance of these terms and conditions and agreement to be bound by the decisions of Warner Bros.
